Just let us know when you’ve referred a case to another LFS client!
March Guest Bloggers
Rachel Silberstein. Law Firm Suites virtual office client, Rachel Silberstein, wrote a well-received guest blog post on March 17, 2014, titled: When Should a Solo Attorney Fire a Client? In it, Rachel candidly describes how an attorney-client relationship went awry and provided 4 signs that may signal you should trust your gut, and part ways with a problematic client, before the situation becomes irreversible.
Joleena Louis. Family Law attorney Joleena Louis unveiled a new blog series this month: Things I Wish I Knew Before I Chose To Become a Solo Attorney. In her series, Joleena reveals the background behind her transition from the grind of a boutique family law associate to the her new found freedom as a solo attorney. Did we mentioned that her first post was the most viewed post of the year? Joleena’s blog series, Things I Wish I Knew… is published every Wednesday at 4 PM.
Vivian Sobers. Commercial litigation attorney and Law Firm Suites rising star, Vivian Sobers, penned the second most viewed post on the Community Counsel blog last month: What’s Your Hourly Rate? Vivian’s blog series, Young, Hungry & Committed which describes her starting a solo law practice months after law school graduation, is published every Friday afternoon.
Community Collaborators
Lending a hand to help a colleague with a problem is part of what makes the Law Firm Suites’ Community great. We know of several “hallway” advice sessions that took place over the past month, but the following are examples of attorneys going “above and beyond” to help their colleagues.
- Real Estate attorney, Jonathan Geballe, assisted Personal Injury attorney, Duane Morgan with finding a particular co-op sale form.
- Intellectual Property attorney, Peter Berger, assisted Construction Law attorney, Christopher Platt with advice on a pending litigation.
