How do you do it?
When in court or networking, if you meet an attorney who is:
- Starting a firm,
- Moving their law office, or
- Working from a home office…
Then all you have to do is:
1. Politely mention Law Firm Suites to them.
2. Tell them something that you like about Law Firm Suites.
3. Ask them if they would like to check us out (and get their business card).
4. Let us you know you did this.
Then leave all the hard work to us.
If the person ends up renting from Law Firm Suites, you’ll get a nice check.

Our Commission Policy
Law Office Rentals
You’ll get paid 10% of the recurring rental fees for one year. If a contract is for less than one year, we will pay you each time the contract renews, up to a year.
Virtual Office Rentals
We pay 10% of the annual value of the virtual office recurring rental fee at the start of the fourth month of the new clients’ contract.
Conference Room Rentals
You’ll receive 10% of the conference room rental fee.
Conditions Apply
Office rental contracts that are terminable by the client are considered renewable for less than one year and referrals fees will be paid quarterly, subject to the client’s continued rental and fees paid. If a client reduces it’s virtual office rental plan prior to the fourth month, then the referral fee will be based on the smaller plan rate. Conference room rental fees do not include any ancillary services, like food and beverage or equipment rental charges. Referral fee program subject to change without notice.
