Conference Room FAQ’s

How far in advance should I make a reservation?

We recommend that clients book conference rooms as soon as they know that they need them, especially for an all-day meeting. You can usually get your pick of conference rooms within a week of your meeting, and can get a room for your preferred time within 48 hours of your meeting.

Do you offer daily or weekly rates?

We offer discounted daily rates for conference rooms.

Law firms often rent litigation hotel conference rooms for a full week or longer. Give us a call and we can help you come up with a solution that best fits your needs.

What is your cancellation policy?

Payment in full is due at the time your conference room or day office reservation is made. Conference room reservations cannot be cancelled after 5:00PM local time two business days prior to the date of the reservation. For example, if your reservation is for 1:00PM on Wednesday, you will be responsible for the full rental fee if you do not cancel your reservation by 5:00PM on the preceding Monday. All reservations that are cancelled and not rescheduled will be subject to a $50.00 processing charge.

Can I arrange for catering?

Law Firm Suites’ staff will arrange for all your catering needs. Speak with our Office Manager at the time you make your reservation.
