What is a Law Firm Suites Member Location?

What is a Law Firm Suites Member Location?

Executive suite operators, law firms and coworking spaces partner with Law Firm Suites to collaboratively build legal Communities in cities throughout the U.S.

After years of managing the most amazing Community of self-employed lawyers, here’s what we know happens when lawyers share office space:

But don’t just take our word for it. Four bar studies show that lawyers who share office space with other lawyers earn at least 30% more than their peers who do not.

Small firm lawyers around the country see the value in being part of a community

Every month we get dozens of emails from lawyers around the country asking us “Why doesn’t Law Firm Suites open a location in [pick a city], we could really use something like this here.

We’ve been contacted by lawyers in big cities, like Boston, Philly, San Francisco, Miami, DC and Dallas, and in smaller cities, like Indianapolis, Worcester, Rochester, Wallingford, San Jose and Tampa (just to name a few).

So, we’ve heeded their call

We finally decided to do something about it.

Over the past several months, we have been seeking out operators of executives suites, law firms running office shares and coworking spaces in different cities that would be good partners to build a network of Law Firm Suites’ style all-lawyer Communities.

We’re looking for the best run facilities that are the most suitable for law firms. Places where we would sublet an office or get a virtual office space for our own law firms.

We require the members of our network to make a long-term commitment to servicing lawyers in their city and become experts in Law Firm Suites’ methods for managing ethically compliant legal suites and Communities of lawyers.

To Build a Law Firm Suites’ Community near you

The Law Firm Suites team, together with our partner, collaboratively manage the office suite and the Community of lawyers at the member location.

Some of these member locations are all-lawyer office spaces. Others may have a “mini law suite” within a bigger office that serves different types of professionals.

In either case, one thing is consistent: within every member location there will be a robust Community that is exclusive to lawyers, that will have the same benefits as any location owned by Law Firm Suites.
